First I ended my season successfully; a rough year to say the least but still got it done and was a great time as usual. So my home was a wreck as you can peep in the photo, that's what a season looks like after 7 months of travel and no time in between trips to organize. So I started summer off by putting skatelite on my ramp, super good investment, the ramp is so ill now, so fast and hard and no bubbling from the rain son! So the skate was on most def, hit the bikes hard too, rebuilt the rear end on my Springer (fender, struts and lighting), put in a hopped up top end on my sporty (I can barley hang on to that thing now). Became much more familiar with my bikes, I'm pretty confident tearing into any part of them at this point, super stoked! I spent most my time running around with my family and getting time with my kids, we had park sessions, water park sessions, slip and slides, parties, you name it! It was pretty all time, I miss my family in the winter and I really start to realize that as I spend this time with them, they are everything to me!! I took them to HCSC with me for my session and that was an ill trip, did the usual camp stuff, road, skated, donut eating for a JJ deck, cobra dogs, drink-P, dodgeball, etc and ill time indeed!!! My wife got a to get up and ride everyday with me that was sweet, she rips! We took the kids on some alpine slide and to some bounce around type deal things. It was really dope to have them with me.
Well Good by summer and back to the grind of snowboarding, I just got back from NZ for a Burton photo shoot and it was super fun mos def, very hard to leave the family after a good 2 months of nothing more than day trips if any. So, peace out summer and hello winter, again, I ready and stoked to see what it brings. Good luck to all getting your scenes dialed for the first snow. I'm already ready, gear in bags board mounted up and broke in boots for day 1, how you fools lookin?
Peace's Jeremy Jones
